Creative teams & agencies
Keep the brief, ideas, and feedback together.
Put the brief beside your concepts and collect client feedback on the work itself.
One project for the whole job.
On most teams the brief is in a doc, the concepts are in a deck, and the feedback is in Slack. In Grein, one project holds all three: the brief on the main board, a nested board for each concept or deliverable, and comments on the work itself.
Someone joining mid-project can open it and read it top to bottom, from brief to references to decisions, without needing a half-hour walkthrough.
Think together, in real time.
Editors can work on the same board at once, adding references and moving ideas, with everyone’s selection shown live. It suits a scheduled brainstorm as well as the quieter days when people add things between meetings.
Use project chat for the wider conversation and block comments for notes about a specific asset, so feedback stays where the next person will look for it.
Bring the client in without the admin.
Invite a client as a viewer and they can see the board and comment, but can’t change the work. For people who only need to look, a public link works without an account.
Version history shows what was added, changed, or removed between versions, and lets you restore an earlier one when a decision is reversed. The free plan keeps 5 days of history; Pro keeps all of it.
Questions, answered.
Yes. Invite editors to work on a board together in real time, and use comments to discuss the work.
Editors can add, move, and change anything on the board and resolve comments. Viewers can see the board and leave comments, but can’t change the work.
Use a separate project for each job and nested boards inside it for briefs, concepts, and deliverables. Available project limits depend on your plan.
